Refund & Reshipment Policy

Damaged or incorrect items

Email sales@dihydrocodeineusa.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We reship the correct product at no cost or issue a full refund.

Lost packages

If USPS confirms a package as lost in transit, we reship the full order or refund 100% — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated the order cannot be cancelled but unopened blisters can be returned for store credit within 30 days.

Non-refundable

We do not refund based on subjective experience. All tablets are lab-tested for content and dissolution; the COA is available on request.
